Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for bookkeeping and financial administration work. He or she will interface will all levels of the company, as well as outside vendors. This person has a minimum of 5 years of experience working in fast-paced, high tech companies.

Experience is required in the following areas:

· Accounts payable
· Reviewing employee's expense reports
· Bank reconciliation
· Payroll processing
· Support reporting and preparations for annual tax report
· Account receivable
· Invoicing, sales tax and sales tracking
· Good software knowledge with a major ERP system and Excel
· Remote management
