Job Description:
Pro CNC Inc, located north of Seattle, WA, is NOW HIRING CNC MACHINISTS, CNC LATHE OPERATORS for days, nights and weekends, AND A DAYSHIFT LEAD. We have several positions available including Moderately Experienced Machinists, Lathe Operators, Lathe Set-Up Machinists, Senior Set-up Machinists, and CNC Machine Shop Dayshift Lead.
Pro CNC manufactures precision CNC machined parts, mainly from aluminum, for the aerospace & medical industries. Real-world experience running vertical machining centers is REQUIRED. Experience with Horizontal machining centers and CNC Lathes would be a bonus.

Job Requirements for machinists include REQUIRED real-world experience running vertical machining centers, experience with Horizontal machining centers and CNC Lathes would be a bonus. Extensive experience required for Prototype and Senior Machinist positions.

Day Shift Lead Position: Coordinate, lead, and improve a vibrant and expanding day shift for a dynamic Precision CNC Machine Shop.
Minimum requirements for this position include Excellent problem solving skill and experience for all aspects of machining process, Advanced inspection abilities including Optical Comparitor, and a large variety of hand tools. You will also need a firm sense of team with the clear realization that all teams need a good leader that commands respect by showing respect. Candidate should have a passion for leading a shop to succeed, 5 years minimum 1st run set-up experience, excellent general computer skills (no particular software needed), and an interest in expanding those skills.
Day Shift Lead should show personal ownership in the successes and shortcomings of the day shift as a whole. Also, candidate should show a strong emphasis on personal interaction, and have excellent communications skills. Additional items that would aid in your success include process design and refinement, interest and enjoyment in changing environments, strong desire for improvement both personally and professionally, and experience with a variety of machine tools and control types (Machine Tools: Nakamura, Mitsubishi, Kitamura Horizontal, Haas. Controls: Fanuc Mill, Fanuc Lathe, Mitsubishi, Haas). The position will be quite challenging but will always be rewarding when done to excellence. Wage from $23 to $29 DOE.
