Job Description:
TruGreen is looking for qualified candidates to become licensed Route Managers at our Franklin, Massachusetts facility. We will train and certify you in a challenging line of work that will allow you the opportunity to enjoy working outside and independently at your own pace, while meeting new people. This opportunity is worth investigating because our continued prosperity and growth.
TruGreen has a comprehensive benefit network including Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug Network, Vision, 401K and free life insurance up to 1 ½ times your annual salary after just 90 days. You will begin to earn vacation time after 7 months, two weeks after one year of service. Free laundered uniforms are provided.
You will earn a starting base pay, plus incentive and bonus programs. In 2008, your earnings could be between $25,000-$35,000, depending upon when you start and how well you take advantage of your incentive plan. Our incentive plan pays for quality and quantity, the more you do the more money you make each week.
