Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining, repairing and trouble shooting all automated equipment in the
plant.
• Be able to read electrical blue prints.
• Have the knowledge of Main Electric panels, high voltage cabling, Allen Bradley, Siemens & GE fanuc PLCs.
• Rewiring and rebuilding machines as needed.
• Modifying circuits and other electrical equipment.
• Designing and building small electrical ladder logics & controls for in house purposes.
• Executing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Training others.
Job Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of industrial Electrician experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of control circuits, PLC, process controls, plant electrical
systems, hydraulics, and pnuematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform PM.
• Die casting or plastics industry experience helpful, but not necessary.
. Knowledge of electrical suppliers and purchasing.
. Mig welding is helpful.
