Job Description:
Atlanta commercial developer seeks an experienced building maintenance technician who can independently perform a wide variety of general maintenance repairs to "Class A" office buildings within the metro Atlanta area. Responsibilities relating to an assigned portfolio of properties will include: overall maintenance of building facilities and equipment, utility systems, inspections and repairs to plumbing / electrical / mechanical building systems, HVAC and heating system preventative maintenance, security system repairs, interior office space repairs.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidate must possess 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial building maintenance experience - NO EXCEPTIONS. Knowledge of large mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is a MUST. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and appreciation of the importance of customer service are essential. Must be able to work in a team environment, and assist other maintenance technicians as needed. Must possess fundamental knowledge of state and local building codes.
2-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
