Job Description:
DialogueDirect is a face-to-face fundraising agency that represents some of the UKs leading charities and not-for-profit organisations such as Amnesty International, Oxfam, Shelter, World Vision and more. We are looking to recruit passionate individuals as high street fundraisers to approach members of the public with a view to signing up new supporters.
Live and work in a fun and supportive team, travelling around the UK, campaigning and fundraising for some of the world's leading non-profit and charitable organisations. Alternatively, if you are unable to work away from home and live in the London or Kent areas, you could join one of our residential teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the charity sector, gain new skills, and earn an excellent wage, as well as a chance to make some life long friends and have some fun along the way.
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, stamina, confidence and bundles of energy, in addition to good team working skills.
We provide comprehensive training, and offer great promotional opportunities to candidates who display good leadership qualities.
Pay is performance related, but we do guarantee a minimum of £231.80 per week, however most fundraisers average £350-£450+ per week. Drivers (with a full, clean licence) can earn an additional £100 per week. We cover the cost of accommodation and transport, so living costs are minimal.
