Right candidates will posses the following:

1. 6-8 years of IT experience and atleast 4 years of QA Testing experience.

2. Hands on experience in carrying out automated testing using Mercury tools; writing scripts plans and executing them.

3. Good testing experience in J2EE and web based applications.

4. Good Communication skills
