Job Requirements:
• BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field; or demonstrate equivalent training or business experience.
• Minimum eight years experience as a Solutions Analyst 2 or equivalent, or ten years relevant experience in business systems.
• Strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to meet the demands of multiple projects and deadlines effectively with little or no supervision.
• Exceptional analytic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional business and functional analysis skills.
• Extensive experience writing functional specifications for complex systems.
• Exceptional analysis modeling skills and a knowledge of modeling notations such as UML. Use case analysis and business domain modeling experience is required.
• Strong analysis and software development process background.
• Extensive experience with multi-tiered architectures, including UI design, business rules layer, and data architecture.
• Exceptional data analysis skills.
• SQL skills.
• Familiarity with object-oriented systems analysis and design is desired.
• Exceptional interviewing and negotiation skills applicable to identifying, defining, and evaluating requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Ability to provide specific examples of past experience as detailed above.
