Hours Varied, primarily scheduled between 3pm-12
Scheduled 35-40 hours per week
Pay Varied, 8-12.50 hour
Position Summary
The Store Maintenance Leader (SML) is responsible for all aspects of the facility including exterior maintenance, cleanliness and safety. The SML is a dedicated resource within the store management team responsible for executing facility related programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines and ensuring the store’s cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met. The SML will ensure facility training necessary for all associates.
Principal Duties
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers responds to customer complaints or inquiries and solicits customer feedback and input.
• Personally perform all store maintenance task and maintain established store facility standards
• Train, coach, and manage performance for facility associates when needed.
• Ensure the 24/7execution of all facility programs including building and equipment maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and ordering supplies and interior/exterior housekeeping.
• Executes all corporate exterior cleaning and facility procedures including but not limited to: power washing porches and sidewalks around entire store, cleaning of exterior site and parking lots, cleaning of landscaping beds and cleaning of all exterior windows, cleaning and restocking of all gas equipment and supplies in the fuel court
• Executes all corporate interior cleaning and facility procedures including but not limited to: vestibule mat cleaning, all interior glass and window cleaning, restroom cleaning and restocking of supplies, floor cleaning and all general interior store cleaning and cleaning projects
• Executes all aspects of the store trash program including emptying interior and exterior cans, compacting, bailing and organizing and maintaining the trash room, totes and/or compound
• Ensure compliance with the corporate signage program.
• Ensures the inspection and correction of asset management repair needs.
• Ensure execution of established safety, security, and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
• Coordinates daily facility assignments and activities of self and associates when not working.
Job Requirements:
• Leadership experience in a fast paced retail, food service, or fuel environment;
• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional coursework, training or certifications preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Availability to work all three shifts (where applicable), weekends and holidays.
