Job Description:
2 yrs. plus experience
Collection Experience in Auto, Mortgage Loss Mitigation or 3rd party if they are Sharp (these usually make a lot of calls per day)
Then need to Be a Good communicator, and self confident. (They will talk to all types of people in making there calls) CEO's, Police, Attorney's etc.
Must have a desire to excel and achieve at what they do. (If they are a TOP collector they will know it and show it.)
Must be Punctual and Dependable.
Job Requirements:
Financial Services company seeks skilled, experience collectors in checks and loans departments.. Must have strong collections experience along with skip tracing experience as well.. Seeking candidates who have a sense of urgency and are ok with asking for money to cover bad checks and delinquent loans. Must be an effective communicator and have professional communication skills. Will be communicating with people at all levels including Attorney's and CEO's... Must be confident and be dependable..
2 shifts available - all shifts will work 2 late nights (12 - 9) and 3 early days (8 - 5)
shifts are:
Mon, Tuesday 12 -9 and Wed, Thurs, Fri 8 - 5
or
Mon, Tues, Fri 8 - 5 and Wed, Thurs 12 - 9
Saturdays will rotate - will work approximately 2 saturdays a month 8am - 12pm
when you work on Saturday, you get 1/2 day off during the week.
