Job Description:
BASE FACILITY MANAGER
SALARY: $50/K
For excellent FAR 135 air-taxi service located in Northeastern USA.
Duties include development of operations, plans, budgets, sales, maintenance, hiring, management, coaching and training pilots and all personnel designated by the supervisor, problem solving, customer service, excellent written communication, administration, maintain compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.
Reports to Chief Pilot/Assistant Director of Operations.
Requirements: must be qualified as a pilot on C-208B or Eclipse E-500.
Required Licenses: Commercial, Instrument, First Class Medical, Turbine engine preferred.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience including at least one year of supervisory experience. Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word.
