Driver Service Representative Job

The position deals with a wide variety of people and high volume of phone work. Responsibilities include recruiting experienced and student drivers and owner operators. Trucking that meet the company standards and needs. Also responsible for the entire hiring process, from the initial driver contact through the completion of orientation.

Requirements: Qualified applicants will demonstrate a successful background in recruiting drivers and owner operators for the transportation industry. Strong working knowledge of Federal, State, and DOT screening and recruitment laws required. The ability to sell the company, and make the determination between qualified and unqualified applicants is a must. Exceptional communication, organization, people, and computer skills required. A thorough understanding of the trucking industry and knowledge of various recruiting techniques and selection laws is essential.
