Job Description:
Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance.
