Job Description:
Supervise and train hospital maintenance staff to perform janitorial duties as required by County, State and other designated regulatory agencies. Shift hours: Variable. Ability to operate all types of floor cleaning equipment.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in medical management industry (preferred). Must be able to supervise approximately 30-40 employees. Ideal candidate must have current knowledge of JCAHO, state, federal regulations. Knowledge and working use of medical terminology required. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and continual diligence about follow-up. Strong communications skills and strong leadership abilities is a must. Must be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision. Must have experience working in a fast pace environment.
