Job Description:
 The candidate will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for all internal facility moves, furnishings and other facility related issues to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency. Coordinate and manage office moves, including project management, space planning, development of timelines, supervision of contractors/vendors. Facilitate and coordinate furniture repairs and replacement. Serve as divisional point of contact for facility projects with project architect, designer, engineers, IT and consultants to ensure project completion within service standards. Employ Auto-CAD drafting to do space planning. Manage company-specific locater system, including arranging for building surveys, updating the system and maintaining the database to ensure the system's accuracy and timeliness.. Support team in all aspects of business. Under team leader direction, oversee all aspects of design and construction projects to assure completion within time, quality, budgetary, and code compliance constraints. Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with established requirements, defined scope, budget and schedule. Receive, review and analyze contractor, equipment and furniture bids and make recommendations for approval to the team leader. Employ business planning and team performance goal tracking to ensure team is meeting or exceeding established goals and providing exemplary customer service. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly statistics and reports. Assist in acquisition of new technology and equipment. Create and implement process improvement programs. Participate in the development of team budget. Prepare and edit punch lists. Ensure prompt contractor/vendor response to outstanding items. Work with team leader and office services support member to design and implement team building initiatives. Receive work orders and assign them to team members in accordance with business needs as well as the team members' individual skill sets. Arrange and conduct periodic project meetings. Provide leadership in the absence of the team leader. Maintain effective lines of communication with the office services and facilities management teams.
The candidate with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Should have 3-5 years' experience in an office services environment. Demonstrated PC skills required. Must be proficient in project planning and tracking. Should have knowledge of systems furniture. Strong PC skills required. Should have a AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications training.
