Job Description:
 The candidate will serve as liaison between IT, businesses requesting changes and ultimately end-users. Work with the business to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to the desktop. Work with the Branch Infrastructure team to ensure that the change and impacts of the changes are clearly understood. For changes that are more complicated, ensure change management and communication plans are developed. Will be responsible to identify, assess, and ensure business requirements are documented, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. Ensure that sufficient testing plans have been completed either through managing the testing effort or in many cases executing the UAT testing to ensure operation impacts are mitigated. Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations. A robust desktop test process will be managed to ensure UAT testing is sufficient to ensure the integrity of the branch desktop. Accountable for prioritization of discretionary changes or production enhancements that impact the banker desktop. Defines functional mapping of the desktop during conversion or large desktop enhancement initiatives. Ensure written requirements are provided for desktop enhancements. Overall 'Traffic Cop' for changes impacting the desktop. Work with retail IT program office to identify the applications that need to participate in the testing of any desktop change. Work with Br. Infrastructure Support and the application teams to establish a test schedule for all desktop changes. Coordinate participation of application testing - working with BIS - ensuring the necessary test scripts are documented, executed, and defects are tracked and signed off prior to deployment. Lead the LOB testing of any desktop change - ensuring necessary test scripts are documented, executed, and defects are tracked and signed off prior to deployment. Provide final sign-off of any desktop change prior to deployment.
The candidate should have a B.A. or B.S. degree. 5-7 years' business experience required. Should have solid understanding of technology platforms and databases.
