Portal Designer-Consultant Job

Duties: System technical foundation (e.g. LicenseEase, .NET portal, inbound /outbound interfaces and FileNet imaging); Data Access Requirements, Usability Requirements, Design and document portal flow, Layout and design portal user interfaces, Document the portal design against standard architecture, Design and document the UI’s adherence to section 508 usability stand, Design web service components to interact with the LicenseEase system. Design web service components to deliver online documents to the FileNet repository. Unit test of developed code modules. Peer review of programmed modules to ensure adherence to design specialsit. Programming portal application modules. Programming and unit testing of complex portal functions.

Qualifications: The candidate should have 3 years active server pages, 2 years C# programming, 2 years .NET Development, 1 year oracle database, 3 years of portal or web development, 4 years of general application development.

Preferred Skills: Strong Documentation and planning skills (CMMI 4). 2 years MicroSoft Internet Information Server (IIS). 2 years of business experience working with government agencies, with particular emphasis on experience within licensing and regulatory agencies. 4 years of Windows 2003 Server. 1 year Oracle DBA (10g). 1 year Oracle 10g Application Server.
