Job Description:
1. Make an overview of international companies in China that can be approached for fundraising.
2. Prepare standard information packages to send to possible corporate donors.
3. Develop fidelity schemes for donors so that they will keep supporting the charity.
4. Provide some coaching for the charity’s local staff.

Job Requirements:
1. Excellent English writing and speaking skills, other languages are a plus.
2. High computer literacy: word, Excel, internet + some knowledge of graphic programs and database management.
3. Proactive.
4. Strong communication and problem solving skills.
