Job Description:
TreeHouse Youth Outreach is seeking applicants to supervise and participate in the maintenance and upkeep activities of all TreeHouse facilities, vehicles and equipment. This includes coordinating contractors, volunteers and other maintenance related work. Responsibilities include performing and/or supervising buildings and grounds maintenance and upkeep; managing remodeling projects; coordinating with Regional/Area Directors regarding maintenance and vehicle/facility needs; recruits, coordinates and oversees contractors and volunteers including on-going cleaning, lawn care and snow removal contractors; maintains building supplies inventories and dispenses as needed; prepares budget for repairs and maintenance of all facilities, vehicles and equipment and makes recommendations as deemed necessary; participates in corporate fundraising; coordinates with the Development department regarding fundraising events and gifts-in-kind.
Job Requirements:
Significant maintenance and facility management knowledge and expertise, ability to recruit, manage and supervise independent contractors and/or volunteers, ability to coordinate details such as budget, maintenance needs and repair schedule, ability to work as part of a team.
