Job Description:

Our client, an international manufacturer of high-end HVAC systems for commercial, industrial and institutional applications, is seeking an experienced, professional Technical Support Analyst for their Virginia location. In this role, you’ll provide technical advice or service on product applications, conduct training and service programs in the operation of products, and provide product or service information to customers to ensure they receive the best possible service. In addition, you’ll collect and analyze data, and consult with Engineering to identify potential products related to products, and provide Engineering and Manufacturing with the results of field issues so that potential product modifications can be reviewed. You’ll compile statistics and focus on customer needs, as well as handle other duties as assigned for maintaining the very high quality standards as have been established by our client.

Job Requirements:
Requirements for this position include a technical, scientific or engineering BS with a minimum of five years experience, preferably in a related industry. You must be a strong and high-energy team player, able to interact very effectively with both internal and external clients. You must be self-motivated, and able to develop and sustain a very high level of commitment and ownership of your responsibilities. Requirements also include a solid work history, a high level of integrity, and the desire to advance your career by contributing to the ongoing growth of this organization. Solid computer skills are also required.
